Ludlow Commons
Ludlow Commons is planned to be a mixed-use project
designed to complement and enhance the existing neighborhood
businesses and residences of Cincinnati, Ohio’s
historic Clifton Gas-Light district.
Ludlow Commons will offer new office, retail and
residential opportunities, as well as much needed
parking to the Ludlow Avenue business district. Taking
design cues from the progressive history of the area,
this investment will help sustain the vitality of
this commercial district which faces competition
from new developments elsewhere in Up-town Cincinnati.
This project is being developed by a joint-venture
of Neyer Holdings Corporation, DOV Limited and Brand
