McMillan Manor is a 430 bed, 120 unit student housing
facility located near the University of Cincinnati’s
main campus.
Partnering with lead developer, The JFP Group, this
$28 million complex delivers a cutting-edge student
housing alternative which complements the redevelopment
on and around the University of Cincinnati campus. Completed
in 2006, the complex provides an amenity-rich off-campus
living environment where students enjoy contemporary,
state of the art suite-style living: private bedrooms,
computer labs, community lounges with flat panel TVs,
fitness areas, wireless high-speed internet and a heated
