Kenwood Towne Place

Clearly one of the best retail/office locations in the Greater Cincinnati market, Kenwood Towne Place is adjacent to the high-end Kenwood Towne Center and shows phenomenally with over 1,400 feet of Interstate 71 frontage. 

Cincinnati investors DOV Limited, together with Neyer Holdings Corporation, purchased the property in 2003.  After thorough market analysis, retail and power-center experts Bear Creek Capital were brought in to lead leasing and coordinate development of the project.

Kenwood Towne Place, now under construction, will be a 585,000 square foot mixed-use retail and office destination opening in the summer of 2008.  This exciting project brings several progressive retail concepts not currently offered in the south-western Ohio market, and features an office tower programmed to set the new standard for Class A office space in a mixed-use environment -- all in Kenwood’s most prominent location.
