Neyer Holdings Corporation, purchased the property
in 2003. After thorough market analysis, retail
and power-center experts Bear Creek Capital were
brought in to lead leasing and coordinate development
of the project.
Kenwood Towne Place, now under construction, will be
a 585,000 square foot mixed-use retail and office destination
opening in the summer of 2008. This exciting
