As The Kroger Co., a Fortune 25 company, adapts to the
changing needs of their customer base, they continue to
update their retail stores to provide the best user experience. As
a result, they are often left with sub-optimal real estate
in the form of vacant buildings, land and non-core sub-leases.
Neyer Holdings and Affiliated Company, Property Advisors,
have formed a unique joint-venture partnership with The Kroger
Co. through which we manage, re-position, develop and ultimately
monetize the value of Kroger-owned non-core real estate holdings
throughout the United States. Under this arrangement,
we assume direction of select assets for The Kroger Co.,
and apply our financial, development, and tax-structuring
expertise to determine, generate and capture the highest
value for each property.
